Example: A customer of Lisn was receiving bids for a telecom system upgrade. The bids included Hybrid phones systems, Straight digital only and VoIP based systems. The IT staff was already overwhelmed with their routine duties and was asked to assist with the bid development and review of incoming bids. This task took them outside their areas of expertise and took additional time away from mission critical activities. Lisn brought its 20+ years of experience to assist them, reviewing incoming bid responses, developing addendum's and handling the Q/A process from the bidders. In the end, Lisn presented the best two responses, with economic analysis and business interruption expectations. Additionally, Lisn provided due diligence on the companies responding to the RFQ.
